What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous construction experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Safety-first attitude and willingness to follow on-site protocols
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (citizen, PR, or valid work permit)

Key Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and move construction materials
• Assist with demolition and clean-up activities
• Clear rubble, debris, and other materials from worksites
• Operate or tend construction machinery and equipment
• Help manage traffic flow near construction zones
• Perform routine maintenance such as greasing equipment and components
• Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks
• Keep the site organized, safe, and clean
