About the Role
As Construction Manager – MEP, you will lead all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities across the project, including stations, depots, tunnels, and viaducts. The position calls for someone with proven expertise in managing complex, large-scale projects, ensuring seamless integration of systems, and maintaining strict compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- A degree in construction, engineering, or a related field (Master’s or Chartered Engineer preferred).
- At least 15 years of experience managing MEP works on large infrastructure or rail projects.
- Proven track record in supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary site teams.
- Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
- Familiarity with UAE regulations and authorities (DEWA, RTA, DCD, DM, Etisalat, DU).
- Prior high-speed rail experience (design or execution) is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
In this executive-level role, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all MEP construction activities across project zones – stations, tunnels, depots, and viaducts.
- Coordinating closely with civil, structural, systems, and architectural teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution.
- Reviewing and approving drawings, method statements, ITPs, and material submissions.
- Overseeing subcontractor works to meet quality, safety, and schedule targets.
- Conducting site inspections, technical reviews, and quality assurance processes.
- Leading the testing, commissioning, and final handover of integrated MEP systems.
- Monitoring project progress, addressing risks, and driving timely solutions.
- Enforcing full compliance with local authority standards and safety requirements.

- Manage site logistics, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
- Provide regular updates to senior project leadership on milestones and challenges.
- Build strong collaboration between field teams and engineering departments.
