What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• Proven tractor driving skills (required) and confidence with other farm machinery such as excavators.
• Experience in fencing and handling livestock.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to keep learning.
• Good communication and task management skills.
• Flexibility to handle a variety of farm activities.
• New Zealand residency or a valid NZ work visa.
• A full and current driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Operating tractors, excavators, and other farm equipment.
• Managing stock work with sheep and beef cattle.
• Carrying out fencing, general maintenance, and farm improvement tasks.
• Assisting with farm development programs to boost productivity.
• Taking ownership of your work with care, safety, and responsibility.
