Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general lawn and garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, hedge trimming, weeding, fertilising, and managing pests or diseases
- Work closely with a team partner to maintain and enhance client gardens
- Ensure all properties meet company quality standards and client expectations
- Use tools and equipment safely and correctly
- Keep work areas tidy and organised
- Communicate any site issues or client feedback to supervisors
- Take part in team activities and weekly recognition events
Job Requirements
- No prior gardening experience required; full training provided
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work hard
- Physically capable of handling outdoor gardening tasks
- Presentable with clear communication skills
- Able to work well within a team environment
- Strong focus on workplace safety
- Valid Australian driver’s licence (including P-plates)
