IB Security Assistant Recruitment 2025 Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The recruitment will be conducted in three stages:
Tier-I: Online Objective Test
- Duration: 1 Hour
- Total Marks: 100
- Subjects:
- General Awareness
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Logical Reasoning & Analytical Ability
- English Language
- General Studies
Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer.
Cut-Off Marks:
- UR/EWS: 30
- OBC: 28
- SC/ST: 25
Tier-II: Descriptive Test
- Translation Task: Translate a 500-word passage between English and local language
- Marks: 50 (Qualifying Marks: 20)
- Nature: Qualifying only (not counted in final merit)
Tier-III: Interview/Personality Test
- Only those who pass Tier I and Tier II will be called for the final interview round.
