Qualifications

To succeed as a Houseperson, applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Prior housekeeping experience is an advantage.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
• Comfortable with occasional bending, kneeling, or climbing.
• Dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible schedule with availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States (documentation required within three days of hire).

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

• Keep public spaces and staff areas spotless, including lobbies, lounges, restrooms, patios, storage rooms, and offices.
• Assist with furniture relocation, light repairs, and minor guest residence issues (plumbing, appliances, etc.).
• Manage proper waste and recycling procedures.
• Restock housekeeping supplies and assist residential attendants as needed.
• Deliver guest requests promptly while anticipating their needs.
• Follow all safety standards and emergency protocols.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and ensure positive resolutions.
• Carry out additional housekeeping tasks as assigned.
